Winery Description:

Your experience begins in the Castilian courtyard, constructed in line with local tradition and ambience. The original wine press takes us back to times past, illustrating how wines were made in bygone days. In the winemaking cellar, you’ll learn about the vinification process and discover its secrets. Underground cellars made up of ancient galleries from the 15th and 16th centuries feature Mudéjar brick walls and arches. A charming library inaugurated by Nobel Prize for Literature winner Camilo José Cela houses more than 20,000 volumes. The art gallery contains over 1,000 works, including paintings, engravings, sculptures, and more. The visit concludes with a fusion of art and science through a wine tasting, paired with a selection of cheeses.
