Bodega Sarmentero is a small, family-run winery nestled in the backyard of a traditional Castilian house in Quintanilla de Arriba, Valladolid.

Founded by Amparo Repiso in 2004, the winery builds on generations of winemaking experience. It owns two nearby vineyards, Pago de Oyales and Peñuelas, planted with Tempranillo grapes.
