Designed to create a more exciting and flavoursome winery experience, this wine and cheese partnership reflects CSV’s winemaking philosophy and explores how locally made cheese enhances the wine’s transcendent qualities tied to the terroir. Enjoy a crisp CSV sparkling wine to cleanse the palate, followed by four winery-exclusive wines paired with artisan cheeses, prepared by the chef of Inn On The Twenty restaurant.
