Our commitment to a holistic perspective of agriculture and environmental sustainability is also well reflected on the labels of these natural wines, where we pay tribute to the insects - ladybug, chrysopa, and carabidae - precious biological auxiliaries in organic pest control, and display the date of construction of our centenary granite lagares used for the foot treading of red grapes.
These wines demonstrate a minimal intervention approach, letting nature and wild yeasts dictate the fermentation that finishes inside the bottle, with no sulfites added and no filtration.
