The Premium visit introduces you to the magical world of cava and the intimate world of Rovellats.
To get to know the history of our family, we start with a short tour of the beautiful modernist gardens of the estate and visit our Masia “Segle XV”. Next to it is the family chapel dedicated to the “Moreneta”, the Virgin of Montserrat.
Next we will enter the magical world of the elaboration of our cavas, discovering together the winery and the deep cellar where we elaborate our still wines that later will become cavas of long aging.
After explaining the process, we will see the MANUAL DISGORGING of a 24 months aged bottle and will taste it directly in the cellar.
Beneath the 15th century Masia and located 12 meters deep, our radial cellar is unique in the world for its original six-pointed star structure and a central roundabout.
The highlight of the Premium visit is the guided tasting of 4 great cavas accompanied with artisanal cheeses from small local producers.
