Come and discover a hidden gem of Italy, where rolling hills, vineyards, and timeless villages tell stories waiting to be experienced. In the heart of Emilia-Romagna — world-renowned for its extraordinary food and wine — you are just 30 minutes from the historic city of Bologna and only an hour from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. Here, on the lesser-known side of the Apennines, you’ll find breathtaking landscapes and a rich wine heritage shaped by remarkable native grape varieties, including Albana — the first Italian white wine to earn DOCG status. A perfect destination to slow down, taste deeply, and experience authentic Italian hospitality.
The visit and tasting will be personally guided by the winery owners, David and Vittorio Navacchia, offering a unique opportunity to experience the estate through the eyes of the family who cares for it every day. The experience includes a walk through the vineyards (weather and ground conditions permitting) and a tour of the winery, including the qvevri — the original Georgian clay amphorae used to craft Vitalba. You will learn about our philosophy, our history, and the details of our winemaking approach.
This will be followed by a relaxed guided tasting, led by the owners, featuring a selection of 4–5 wines of your choice. At the end of the experience, guests will have the opportunity to purchase wines at a special discount reserved for visitors.
