Non-traditional blends that offer aromas and good tasting persistence. The tasting includes three glasses of wine with daily gastronomic proposal from Castellaro Bistrot. The visit can take place along with a party of other visitors and lasts two hours. Available every day at 12.30pm, booking is necessary.

Lipari island and its volcano in a fresh and enveloping combination. The tasting includes: 

- winery guided tour and short walking in the vineyard 

- 3 glasses of wine 

- warm homemade bread and extra virgin olive oil from Mt. Etna 

- selection of cold cuts and cheeses from Nebrodi and the Aeolian Islands 

- traditional vegetables
